Mileage Fee Policy for Off-Site Clients:
We are pleased to offer our services to clients at locations outside our usual service area. In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, we have established the following mileage fee structure:
- For distances within 0-5 miles from our base location, there will be no additional charge. It's on us!
- For distances ranging from 6 to 30 miles, a nominal fee of $1.50 per mile will be applied.
- For longer distances, specifically 30 to 100 miles, a reasonable fee of $2.50 per mile will be charged.
Hotel Accommodation:
For locations situated more than 100 miles away from our base, we kindly request the provision of hotel accommodation. Specifically, we ask for a one-night stay at a nearby hotel, the night before the scheduled appointment. This ensures that our team is well-rested and ready to provide you with exceptional service.
Parking Validation for Chicago Clients:
If your appointment is located in Chicago, we kindly request parking validation to facilitate our team's smooth arrival and departure.
Bridal Contract Deposit:
To secure your special event date, we kindly request a 10% deposit with all bridal contracts. This deposit helps us reserve our resources exclusively for your occasion and ensures that everything is meticulously planned to meet your expectations.
